I am here to update you on our current modus operandi.
Our website www.reuzi.ie is alive and kicking and due to the high volumes of orders being processed, we have been packing orders daily to ensure you receive your sustainable goodies ASAP.
Our orders are sent to you via @anpostofficial and we would like to acknowledge the incredibly hardworking men and women at An Post - we are constantly blown away by your willingness to help & overall great service!
Our orders are packed ASAP - as sustainable as possible. That means, no plastic at all and no printed receipts / labels.
We have decided that our free shipping offer for orders over €35 + reduce shipping fee for orders below €35 will stay on until further notice - it’s a way to say a THANK YOU for your support!
Our store is now open on weekdays from 11am to 3:30pm and for now, we are coming to the door to serve you.
As always, community is at the heart of everything we do and we have put in place measures to ensure that our interaction with the general public is 100% contactless.
We accept any payment methods but contactless is preferred.
If you do need a bit of extra time to ask questions or to get some help to put a special gift together, please give us a call and we will block a time slot exclusively for you.
Remember that we offer free click & collect at checkout and your order will be ready for collection within 24h max.
Same-Day Collection is available so don’t be shy to ask!
We have hand sanitizer and hand soap available in bulk at our Bulk Bar as well as a bunch of other goodies - if you have any specific requests, please give us a buzz or DM us.
We are accepting your own containers so don’t forget to bring them next time you come in for a visit.
Hand sani and compostable gloves are available in-store if you feel the need to use them before collecting your package.
Our community safety is paramount and we will continue to improve our ways of working as we go - suggestions & feedback are always welcome!
