I want to raise a toast to the unsung heroines who make the world go round, the everyday women who don’t have millions of followers, an entourage looking after them, or even simple basic needs properly met but who are the *real* MVPs of life.
To the mothers and mother figures who somehow manage to juggle work, family, and a never-ending to-do list with a smile on their face (or at least a half-decent attempt at one), you deserve it all - or maybe just a quiet 5 minutes alone in the bathroom? #ihearya
To the office warriors who navigate the treacherous waters of meetings, deadlines, and office politics, all while silently plotting the demise of the office coffee machine that never seems to work properly...
To the teachers who shape young minds, inspire creativity, and somehow manage to keep kids engaged and alive (in all seriousness!) – the world is a better place because of you, fact.
To the nurses, the caregivers, the cleaners, the waitresses - to every woman who gets up every morning and gets the job done, no matter what - thank you. Thank you for your strength, your resilience, and your unwavering dedication to making the world a better place, one day at a time.
So here’s to you, the everyday women, femmes, and non-binary individuals who keep the world spinning on its axis. You may not have the daily glitz & glam going, a fancy title or simply ‘enough’, but you’re the real stars of this crazy and wonderful show we call life.
